Standard Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service covers most of Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and the Island District (South Lantau and Discovery Bay only). Generally, if you have road access, we can deliver!

Our cut-off time is 12PM, when the butchers will cut to order.

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon
Same-day and next-day delivery is offered.

Orders below $300, New Territories, Discovery Bay, Remote Areas (Villages and Country Parks)
We now utilise SF Express as our delivery partner for orders under $300, as well as for deliveries to the New Territories, Discovery Bay, and remote areas. We will also provide the option for your items to be delivered frozen. If you choose to have the items frozen, please note that your order may take up to two business days to be delivered.

Please keep in mind that if fruits and vegetables are ordered and delivered to these areas by SF Express, we cannot guarantee the quality of the products upon delivery. These items will not be replaced if any are damaged.

Delivery Charges
For all orders, free delivery is available on orders over $600 (after discount). When it isn't free, delivery charges start from $70!

For most orders over $600 and over (after discount), our standard delivery service is FREE!

Order Cut Off Time
Please see the schedule above for cut off times in your area. Same Day Delivery is usually available for HK and Kowloon orders that are submitted by 12:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Otherwise, for most of the Hong Kong SAR, orders submitted by the cut-off time can be delivered on the next working day.

Non-delivery Periods
No Standard deliveries on Sundays or on Public Holidays.

Custom Delivery
Custom order arrangements can be made in advance where possible. Please contact customer-service@meatmarket.hk for further assistance or check here for further details in your delivery area.

Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a red rainstorm warning is in effect.

No Shows
We take every precaution to ensure completed delivery:

Please ensure that someone is ready to receive your delivery at the selected time slot
If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instruction on your Profile
If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied in your Profile to make alternate arrangements
If this fails then the goods will be returned to Cold Storage.

Regretfully meatmarket.hk may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

Change of Address
You can change your Shipping Address, Billing Address and Contact details at any time here. However, please contact us via WhatsApp if you have already placed an order to your old (redundant) address.
